Nice small bar connected to larger dinning room. Liked the staff. The pizza is heavy duty so don't order too big of one. Had the deluxe pizza which is topped with cheese which made the pepperoni mushy underneath, instead of crispy

Lunch buffet has several different pizzas, salad bar and soups. Quick lunch at a good price.

Wings Wednesday and meatball Mondays are 2 big reasons why I'm BIG. M-F lunch buffet 11-2 (small soup & salad fair too). Includes small fountain pop/tea. Currently below 9$ with tax. For a hometown Pizzaria they get it right! Very good crust. The right kind of cheese (stringy when hot). Sauce is not over powering in quantity or flavor. Not sure what other things they offer because the pizza is so good. Also has "Pat's pub" attached on same building (walkthrough). I think wife runs pizza and husband runs bar. So you can have a drink with lunch if you choose. Good food!

Pizza Factory is the best pizza in West Michigan! Pizza is made fresh, with lots of ingredients and cheese. They put the cheese on last so it holds the ingredients in place.

Tonight was our first time here and we loved it! We will definitely be back. And the waitress even chased us down because one of our kids left their hat on the table😊

AMAZING! BEST PIZZA YOU WILL EVER HAVE!... In most situations people think you are yelling when you use all capital letters and I am.... Seriously though, it can't only be me who thinks this pizza is the best ever. Check it out and tell them Joe sent ya. I promise they will have no idea whom you're talking about, lol.

The pizza here is very good. I'm eaten at their lunch buffet twice. You can request them to make a certain Pizza to bring out next. That cost seems very reasonable $7.75 includes the drink. If you're looking for a fancy place with a lot of fancy things this is not the place for you it feels very hometown and they're proud of it.

The food never disappoints, my favorite is the chicken bacon ranch sub with banana peppers added. The portions are always large, including the pizzas. They don't hold back on toppings at all. The only complaint I've ever had or heard from others is how long the wait can be, though that's mostly due to the fact that they are so busy it's hard to keep up.

Place smelled like mildew. Too much sausage on pizza. Waitress took off while se were waiting on the bill and for boxes.

Great pizza friendly service

Best pizza ever. We went with a large group and Carrie was amazing. We ordered over 10 pizza, 2 cheese breads, 2 orders of bosco's and wings. We basically had our own buffet. Everything was amazing. If you are ever close to it. You need to stop. Well worth it.

This place is amazing! My family and friends are visiting and the customer service was WONDERFUL. Pizzas and food was good too!

First time for us last week at Pizza Factory. We had a nice & helpful waitress. The pizza sizes were bigger than we expected, so it's a good idea to remember. The breadstix were real good. The pizza was good with a lot of cheese.

I use to order a lot from here the last time I did my pizza looked cooked way to long that the cheese looked burnt. Most of the time I come here pizza is amazing Nevada doesn't have the same flavors this place has.

Love there pizza

I love most of their pizzas that we get and i think that it's for everybody to have. They have some video games and claw machines there also. They have a room with a pool table to play pool on. Sometimes they let ppl have birthday parties in that room.

My family goes here every time we're in the area. The pizzas are great! The toppings are generous and they taste great! The canned mushrooms were a little bit of a disappointment but the other toppings were wonderful. The cheese sticks were yummy too! I ordered a side salad and it was big enough for 4 of us to have some!

Just moved to the area, and had a craving for pizza. I ordered the blt and hot wings both are amazing. We will be ordering pizza from here all the time!

Really good! No need for extra cheese. It comes with triple the cheese of about every other place I have been to. One of the best pizza places I have ever been to.

Prices are great and very good. The slices are not like normal ones there HUGE The size of one is like 2 slices. Breadsticks are very good as well. Favorite place for delicious pizza!

The pizzas made here are so delicious. And for your money it is the only place in a 30+ mile radius. You get what you pay for. Two thumbs up, good job Pizza Factory. Friendly clean staff too.

Pizza as good as homemade. I had a deluxe and the pizza was almost perfect, from the crust to the toppings. It was was done in the time they said it would be and of course hot. I must say it was even very good cold the next day!

Goos pizza but the place is definitely below average

Very very good pizza, we ordered ours thin-crust and it was excellent. Would prefer fresh mushrooms to can although, and it was very very busy there tonight and there was only one waitress so we waited some extra time for pizza. But it was worth it. They were just short-staffed today. Great family-owned restaurant.
